So I lost a bunch of weight, and have now gained more back. I have a doctors appt. to see if I can get a little help but I am starting to be healthier as of today. I know I can do this because I just did and I got lazy about it and let it come back!

I am here! I posted on my page...I just have been crazy busy...I think I was at work till 8 one night this week and till 6 another, then we had a dinner with Tim's work at a country club...that was fun! THen I had Tina's birthday dinner and cosmic bowling and then we had ASWA (American Society of Women Accountants) meeting. Plus my car wound up in the shop and I had to pick it up after getting stuck with a rental for a day. I took it in to get an oil change and the airbag light had come on so they had to fix that and my carpet needed replaced becuase I have put a hole in it with my heels...apparently I press in the same spot everytime I get out of the car and it wore through...I couldn't believe it! The car is only a year and a half old...so they fixed it for me. That was nice of them.

Thanks! I have been enjoying it...I am full always...I can barely eat a half a hamburger before feeling stuffed and I lost another pound today!! Yeah!!

Yes and the pills too, I go back to the doctor tomorrow for my next shot. I like the energy! I also started my exercise so that should be helping too! Me and the girls are going rollerblading tonight when I get home then we get to clean!

Where have you been since last Friday!! I thought you dropped off of the face of the earth and then your voicemail was full and you weren't answering your cell!! Crazy girl!!

How did your weekend and week go? I took my final today and think that I did very well, I am hoping to only have to only take one class this summer instea dof two but I will do what I gotta do! lol

Thanks for the tidbit. Don't worry I am a ditz too. I think I have to make myself a motivator. I have no idea I am still too new to this.

Ya 40 minutes is good for that distance. I have on my myspace as my quote "I have serious endurance, just not mental endurance". I can go forever. I did 15 miles one day, 10 in the morning and 5 at night. That is never been an issue after I warm up my hips. My issue is staying motivated long enough to see good results. Hence why I am here.

I measured today and lost 1/2 an inch on my left thigh and 1/2 inch at the smallest point of my waist. LOL Not a lot but a big deal. That is movement. ;)

Good girl!! I need to get my rear moving on the exercise...I am goign to try to go home tonight and make dinner and get my workout on but I don't think that I will...we shall see...no kids tonight so hopefully! lol I have 11 points left for dinner! I will have one glass of wine and one burrito!! Yeah me! Lol

Exercise is not well! lol I just don't have the time and I am soooo tired when I get up in the mornings. I think that I may be going back to just following weight watchers. It is soooo expensive to eat on this body makeover plan plus I have to almost make two dinners every night! lol

Me too! But everyone got together Saturday and had drinks and I just had my ice water and it was easier than expected! lol THey even had The Great Wall, chinese food and I said no, I already had my pork chop and veggies and I didn't have anything except a fortune cookie! lol

I am going to Red Lobster tonight though so I am watching it! lol I will be good though...I should be fairly full already! lol

Hi, my name is Michelle. I just had my fourth baby and am in desperate need of something that actually works. I came across the up day down day diet, and then across this website.... incredible, every thing I need to be sucessful... thanks so much for whoever started this. I am so excited to start my first down day tommorow and see where this goes.
